Meet the coach

Mitchell began his coaching career teaching karate while attaining a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from UTSA. After graduation he dedicated his career to Gold's Gym and their STUDIO programs eventually earning the title of "Master Coach". WIth a combined 13 years of coaching, Mitchell turned to OPEX to continue to grow as a coach. Impressed by the foundation that the OPEX CCP program instilled in coaches and clients, the decision was made to open OPEX San Antonio to better help clients and establish a gym where professionals in coaching could thrive in San Antonio!
